Events Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of a wide range of corporate and special events. This exciting and varied role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production, from concept development and budgeting to logistics management, on-site coordination and post-event evaluation. The position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Salary: Competitive

Location: Based at HQ in SW19 with travel mainly in and around London, plus UK wide.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end execution of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and other special events.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee event logistics, including crewing, transportation and equipment needs.
  • Lead cross functional teams, ensuring the companies different departments are aligned and working towards a common goal.
  • Manage onsite event execution, including staff coordination, troubleshooting and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices to continuously improve our service to our clients.

  • Proven experience in event planning and project management.

  • Strong negotiation skills for managing vendors and contractors.
  • Knowledge of Current.RMS is desirable, but not essential.

AV Prep Technician

Are you a motivated and dependable individual with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for testing and preparing a range of lighting, audio, video, and technical equipment for live events.  Due to the nature of the events industry, some work outside of standard business hours may be necessary.

Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team, specialising in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of professional audio-visual (AV) systems. The role involves both reactive and preventative support for our clients across various industries, including live events, corporate spaces, and more. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, strong customer interaction, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of professional AV systems.
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains in optimal condition.
  • Respond to reactive service calls, troubleshooting and resolving faults efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to support contract rentals, system integration projects, and modifications to existing systems.
  • Document all service and repair activities using internal systems and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to recommend solutions and improvements to AV systems.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.

 


  • Familiarity with Q-Sys, Dante, Crestron, and Zoom systems.
  • Experience with digital sound processors (e.g., Biamp, ClearOne) and video conferencing platforms.
  • Knowledge of IPTV systems and digital signage solutions.
  • Knowledge of PAVA
  • Certifications such as PASMA, IPAF, or ECS.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AV service engineering or a related technical field.
  • Full, clean driving license with the ability to travel across the UK (overnight stays may be required).
  • Right to work and live in the UK.

AV Project Engineer (Installations)

Installation and management of new and existing projects/contracts from conception to commission.  Development of rental AV Department.

  • Progressing enquiries in line with the department policies and procedures.
  • Attending site visits and client meetings.
  • Preparing comprehensive system designs, solutions, drawings, proposals, costings and quotations.
  • Liaison with consultants, architects, builders, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Managing project costings and budgets.
  • Loading, wiring and testing of equipment racks prior to installation.
  • On-site installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning of AV equipment.
  • On-site emergency service calls providing first line fault diagnostics and repair.
  • Providing after-sales support and good customer satisfaction.
  • Generation of new business and markets.
  • Developing AV technical solutions and skills within the rental department.
  • Upholding required H&S practice

  • Clean drivers licence.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of equipment and components used within AV systems.
  • Good customer service communications skills, verbal and written.
  • Good I.T skills, including knowledge of Windows / Microsoft computer programmes / CAD drawing programmes.
  • The ability to work unsupervised.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Frequent moving and lifting of heavy equipment.
  • Some weekends and evening working.
  • Some outdoor work, regardless of weather conditions.
