The office remains open for business. Employees who can work from home are continuing to do so, and Director Andrew Williamson is heading up a reduced team to ensure we create a safe environment in which to continue trading.
So many of us have been affected by this unexpected and unpredictable event. We are doing all we can to evolve with the new challenges and demands that this outbreak has presented. We continue to closely monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are following the advice provided by Public Health England (PHE) and our industry governing body in order to keep our staff, clients and suppliers safe. We are committed to providing safe and hygienic services and we are taking this situation extremely seriously. To date, we have not had a known case of Coronavirus within our company.
Our team have been extensively briefed on what actions they need to take to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. We have decreased the number of staff in the building and increased our sanitation to hourly cleans through the office each day, plus deep cleaning of all prepped equipment. Extra sanitising sprays and wipes are available to staff and we are enforcing hand washing, and compliance with our practices when on site.
As an independent family-run company, we can easily work together to keep ourselves safe and healthy. RG Jones staff are encouraged to help reduce the spread of the virus through good personal hygiene.
If you have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have come in contact with our staff within the last 14 days, please contact us immediately.
STAFF WELFARE AND KEY WORKERS
We have been keeping in daily contact with our staff sharing online training options and keeping them connected (please find a list of useful links below). We would also like to thank our extended RG Jones family who are working so hard on the front line at this time.
We are so grateful for their dedication at this difficult time.
