RG Jones Team were on site at Mansion House this week for the historical signing of a digital trade deal.

Our task was to provide a live link from a Ukrainian politician, with livestream out to other delegates from UK and Ukrainian Governments. In addition to this, we provided sound, video and lighting in the Egyptian Hall, Long Parlour (for the Trade Committee Meeting), Dining Room and Old Ballroom, with live-streaming to Whitehall and Kiev across two rooms.

Explains RG Jones’ Head of Events, Duncan Owen. “With Livestream from the UK’s Secretary of State, Kemi Badenoch in Whitehall, and from her counterpart in Kiev, Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, we had to put a solution together that was accessible by both governments and allowed for viewers on both sides who couldn’t join us in person.

It’s always a delight working alongside Kat & the team at Mansion House. As the recommended Supplier, Wilton Park (our Main client) reflected how this added to their peace of mind in the run up to the event requiring pre-production to  coordinate the requirements of Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Department for Business & Trade, plus Wilton Park (as the host).”

Mansion House, home to the Lord Mayor of London is a beautiful Palladian-style Grade 1 listed building designed by English Architect, George Dance.  It now hosts some of the City of Londons most formal and official functions and RG Jones Teams are on site regularly to provide the AV solution.
